【Objective】This article is for the purpose of studying the effects of different levels of aspergillus oryzue on rumen degradation rate and nutrient digestibility in dairy cow.【Method】Three cows fitted permanent rumen fistula were chosen and arranged in a 3×3 Latin square trial.The experiment was divided into three groups,the treatment was based diet(A),the based diet added 0.04% and 0.08% DM aspergillus oryzue(B and C).【Result】The results showed as follows: aspergillus oryzue on diets significantly increased the nutrients in the rumen degradation rate of DM,CP,ADF and NDF,and the rumen degradation of treatment B was significantly higher than that of group A and C(P0.05).The nutrient digestibility of DM and ADF,the treatment B was higher than C,and the treatment C was higher than A,but there is no significantly difference among them(P0.05).The nutrient digestibility of CP and NDF,the treatment B was significantly higher than that of group A and C(P0.05),but there was no significant difference between group A and C(P0.05).【Conclusion】The addition of proper amount of aspergillus oryzue(0.04%DM) could improve the rumen degradation rate of DM,CP,ADF and NDF,and the nutrient digestibility of CP and NDF in dairy cow.
