Determination of chloramphenicol,thiamphenicol and florfenicol residues in milk and dairy products by UPLC-MS/MS

A method of determination of chloramphenicol,thiamphenicol and florfenicol in milk and dairy products by Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)was developed.Samples were extracted with acetonitrile and ethyl acetate,and defatted with hexane.Through clean-up with C18 column,Samples were detected by UPLC-MS/ MS.The method had a good linear relativity(r:0.999)between 0.1～10 μg/L.Recovery rates in different substrate samples range from 75% to 114%,with LOD of 0.1 μg/kg.The method was accurate and suitable for the quantification and confirmation of chloramphenicol,thiamphenicol and florfenicol in milk and dairy products.
