Effect Analysis of Municipal Wastewater Treatment by Orbal Oxidation Ditch

The Orbal oxidation ditch process is used to treat the municipal wastewater in Nanjiao Wastewater Treatment Plant of Karamay.The stable operation data for more than one year show that the Orbal process has an effective treatment of municipal wastewater.But there exist some problems,such as,denitrification phenomenon in the secondary sedimentation tank during too high DO in the outer ditch,too high SS in the effluent,and sludge deposit at the ditch bottom,which has a reference for the future design modification and optimized operation.
