Objective:To explore the regulatory role of Jiawei Yantiao Fang on serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β) and interleukin-10(IL-10) in Sepsis mice and reveal the function mechanism of Jiawei Yantiao Fang.Methods:SD rats randomly divided into 4 groups: normal group,sham operation group,model group and Jiawei Yantiao Fang group.Cecal ligation and puncture(CLP) method was used to prepare sepsis animal models.Serum TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-10 levels on 12,24,36 hour were observed after sepsis animal models prepared successfully with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) methods.Results:Serum TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-10 levels of model group were high than those of sham operation group(P0.05 or P0.01).Comparing with model group,Jiawei Yantiao Fang group could reduce the levels of serum TNF-α and IL-1β,especially serum TNF-α level on 12 and 36 hour(P0.05) and serum IL-1β level on 24 hour(P0.05),otherwise Jiawei Yantiao Fang group could rise serum IL-10 levels on 12,24 and 36 hour(P0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Yantiao Fang treats sepsis by reducing TNF-α,IL-1β levels and rising IL-10 level to reduce systemic inflammation and multiple organs injury and then to protect body.
