Study on Agency Cost of Shaanxi Listed Company

The article is based on the analysis of the status quo of existing agency costs about the listed companies of Shaanxi province and the measurement of agency cost.Then,the paper constructs the model analysis to find the reasons for high agency costs and gives suggestion for reducing agency cost.
