Effect of ZnO addition on sintering and dielectric properties of CLST microwave dielectric ceramics

The effect of ZnO on the sintering behavior and the dielectric properties of 16CaO-9Li2O-12Sm2O3-63TiO2 based ceramics was investigated.The results indicate that the sintering temperature of the CLST ceramics can be lower than 1150℃ by ZnO addition.The specimens with 2wt% ZnO sintered at 1150℃ for 2h show er of 84,tanδ of 0.009,and τf of-15ppm/℃.
