Dual targeting nanoparticles for epilepsy therapy

experiments show that D-T7/Tet1-lipids@PL NPs have excellent neuron targeting, antiepileptic, and protecting effects. Our approach provides a new strategy for improving the therapeutic efficacy of existing antiepileptic drugs.
