Clinical effect of depside salt from salvia miltiorrhiza on unstable angina pectoris

Objective To study the clinical effect of Depside Salt from Salvia Mihiorrhiza on unstable angina pectoris high aged patients and platelet function.Methods 64 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into two groups,one was treated by routine medication,the other was treated by Salt from Salvia Miltiorrhiza 400 mg intravenously per day.Before and after the 14 day treatment,the clinical symptom and blood platelet packing fraction,D-dimer and hs-CRP were measured,and electrocardiography was performed.Results After treatment with Depside Salt from Salvia Mihiorrhiza,the symptom of angina pectoris was alleviated and ECG was improved.Serum PAG,D-dimer and hs-CRP were decreased after treatment with Depside Salt from Salvia Mihiorrhiza.Conclusion Depside Salt from Salvia Miltiorrhiza injection can remarkably inhibit the aggregation of platelet,and is effective for unstable angina pectoris.
