Objectives: Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a systemic autoimmune disorder marked by persistent synovial inflammation. Plant-derived nutraceuticals are promising strategies for RA management specially agro-industrial by-products. This study provides the first reported evaluation of avocado peel nutraceutical (APN) as an anti-arthritic agent. It integrates phytochemical characterization, in vivo experimental modeling, microbiome profiling, and computational target prediction to test the capacity of APN in mitigating RA.
