Data for Global patterns and feasible improvement potential of phosphorus use efficiency in cereal croplands.The dataset contains 1,259 observations and reports P application rates as elemental P. The modelling analysis reported in the article used 1,133 observations selected during the original analysis after PUE-range filtering, with P application rates expressed as P₂O₅.
