摘要
In order to study the damage and breakage mechanism of rock particles under dynamic loading,RFPA is used to study the dynamic fragmentation of rock,and the effect of loading rate on failure characteristics is discussed.Dynamic fragmentation belongs to the category of rock dynamic.Numerical simulation indicates that the crack initiation,propagation and final failure patterns of rock particles are quite different under various amplitudes and wavelength of stress waves.In conclusion,under lower amplitudes of stress waves,the cracks initiate from the middle or bottom of the specimen;while it initiates from the bottom of the specimen and propagates upwards under the higher amplitudes of stress waves.Under the same level of amplitudes,the longer wavelength of stress waves often leads to vertical fractures,while the tensile fractures at two wings are found when the wavelength is shorter.Under the dynamic loading,more cracks are initiated in the rock,and the bifurcation of cracks is obvious.In contrast,under static loading conditions,a main crack is usually induced.
