Mao Zedong on Combating Bureaucracy

After the CPC took over the state power,the increasing bureaucracy drew Mao Zedong's great attention.Every political movement Mao Zedong launched since 1949 had something to do with combating bureaucracy.In his view,bureaucracy causes many problems.He also analyzed social causes of forming bureaucracy and proposed and adopted a number of measures of combating bureaucracy.
