Determination of β-Agonists Residues in Liver Kidney and Meat by GC - MS

The method of the determination of β2-agonists residues in liver kidney and meat by GC - MS. The sample was ground in a buffer of pH 5.2 and hydrolysis by glucuronidase/arylsulfatase then extracted. The supernatant is passed through a SCX cation-exchange column and was derivatized using BSTFA. The LOD is 0.002 mg/kg.
