Study on Phenolic Foam Modified by Hydroxyl-Ended Quasi-prepolymer of PU

Phenolic foam modified by hydroxyl-ended quasi-prepolymer of PU was studied.Effects of the structure and amount of the hydroxyl-ended quasi-prepolymer on the reinforcement were discussed.Results showed,with the hydroxyl-ended quasi-prepolymer method,the resilience of the foam was effectively enhanced,when it was prepared at 4/1(mol ratio)of n(OH)/n(NCO) and with 2 wt%～8 wt% of total amount,the quasi-prepolymer showed good reinforcement on phenolic foam.
