Mensuration of the Naringin Content in the Peels of Pummelo

HPLC method is used to determine the naringin content in the pericarp of 7 kinds of pummelos.The result indicates that the naringin content of different species can be listed from high to low in turn: wanbai,anjiangxiang,liangping,guokui,pengxi,changshoushatian,dianjiangbai.Wanbai and anjiangxiang,liangping and guokui exit remarkable differences,the others exit extremely remarkable differences.
