The Improved Synthesis of Meso-tetra (4-methoxyl-3-sulfophenyl) Porphyrin

The improved synthesis of meso-tetra(4methoxyl3sulfophenyl) porphyrin is reported.The experimental results showed the best ratio of reactant is n(meso-tetra(4methoxyl3sulfophenyl) porphyrin)∶n(ClSO_3H)=1.4∶29.8,CHCl_3 15?mL,at 25?℃,the reactive time is 30?min.In this technology,the temperature reduced 55?℃ and controlled easily,sulfophenyl-reagent is decreased,the time is shorter,the outgrowth is lower and separated easily.
