Experimental Study on the Characteristics of Silicon Solar Cells

The I-V characteristics and load characteristics of monocrystalline silicon solar cells,polysilicon solar cells,amorphous silicon solar cell in the silicon solar cell are analyzed and researched preliminary.The experimental teaching of undergraduates has produced good results.
