Detection Analysis of Neisseria Gonorrhoeae Based on PCR

For shortcomings of the laboratory diagnosis of gonorrhea,comparison and evaluation are given for three kinds of gonorrhea testing methods by gonorrhea PCR kit and culture method in this paper to provide the learning and reference of Neisseria gonorrhoeae detection and diagnosis.
