Study of Wedge Type Magnetorheological Fluids Clutch

Based on the analysis for the factors which impact the size of transferring torque of magnetorheological fluids clutch,this paper puts forward a new structure of wedge type magnetorheological fluids clutch according to the disc type magnetorheological fluids clutch,and infers the torque transfer mathematic model.By comparing the two types,we conclude that the wedge type magneto-rheological fluid clutch translate more torque.
