Spatial transcriptomics reveals coordinated ventricular patterning and maturation in the developing human heart

This repository provides the custom analysis code associated with our manuscript, "Spatial transcriptomics reveals coordinated ventricular patterning and maturation in the developing human heart", which investigates the spatial and transcriptional programs underlying human heart development using spatial transcriptomics. The repository includes scripts for three major custom analytical components: spatial graph depth analysis, transcription factor activity inference, and developmentally regulated differential expression (devDEG) analysis.
