摘要
Frequently load dynamic is a biggest challenge for the reliable operation of power system. Setting up generation as per the new demand makes nominal frequency in the system and the process is called load frequency control (LFC). The selection of proper controller as well as suitable optimization technique are the key factor and back bone of the LFC attribute. LFC always targets for nominal frequency and scheduled power flow among various power stations under any electrical disasters. This research work is inspired by few novel research articles on LFC and trying to suggest a robust type2 fuzzy control (t2 fuzzy) approach for monitoring grid frequency as per the new demand. Owing to the optimal sizing of the employed controller, a noble technique named discrete water cycle algorithm (d-WCA) is proposed fort this activity. The result section covers a healthy performance comparative analysis of t2 fuzzy controller with various previously employed conventional controller for frequency monitoring of this common power grid. Then the tuning capability the d-WCA techniques has been also compared with different already employed approaches to demand d-WCA superiority. Finally, it is verified that proposed approaches such as t2 fuzzy controller and d-WCA technique are able to show brilliant performance in their respective area of application
