摘要
To characterize the metabolite contents of cultivated human gut fungi, we performed an in vitro targeted metabolomic profiling of 199 species. The absolute concentration of 241 primary metabolites, including 56 fatty acids and derivatives, 55 amino acids and derivatives, 33 organic acids, 26 carbohydrates, 25 benzenoids, and others, of lyophilized fungal powders was measured.
