Analysis of Property Distribution in the Cross-section of H-beam

In order to insure the properties of H-beam,Laiwu Steel H-beam Factory analyzed the metallographic structure and mechanical properties in the cross-section of many H-beams.The results shown that whether section size is big or small,the properties of same part flange have no obvious difference between drive side and operation side,but the strength is different between top flange and bottom flange,the strngth of top flange is higher.The main reason is that transmutation hot,eradiation status and cooling condition between top flange and bottom flange are different,these cause the crystals of top flange is a little thin.So,we should select bottom flange to make properties test.
