Clinical study of ~(99)Tc-MDP combined with sulfasalazine in treatment of ankylosing spondyliti

Objective To observe the efficacy of 99Tc-MDP combined with Sulfasalazine in treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods Fifty cases were randomLy divided into two groups,control group taking sulfasalazine alone control group MDP combined with sulfasalazine,before and after treatment of clinical signs and symptoms observed after the end of the three courses,experimental indexes and adverse events rate.Results The total effective rate of 99Tc-MDP combined with Sulfasalazine in treatment of ankylosing spondylitis was 92%,and the course of treatment,only two cases of adverse reactions.Conclusion The onset of MDP joint treatment of ankylosing spondylitis fast,efficacy,side effects.
