Activated Acidic Peroxide Delignification of Softwood and Hardwood Kraft Pulps.

Studies were made using peroxide-based bleach chemicals, silicomolybdate-activated peroxide (mP), peracids and combinations of them in the delignification process of kraft and sulphite pulps. The results demonstrate that these chemicals are suitable for delignification of elemental chlorine-free (ECF) and totally chlorine-free (TCF) Pulps.
