Study on the Functional Design and Expansion Control of High Flowability Cementitious Grout

Studied the integration design of cementitious grout( CG) and the optimal mixture ratio of each raw material. Systematically studied the indexes of CG about the initial fluidity,the retention 45 minutes later,period expansion rate in 24 h,compressive strength at 1 d,3 d and 28 d. The ability of expender to keep the volume stability within a long time had been analyzed. And multiple expanders with different expansion mechanisms had been contrasted. All the performance of CG could meet the requirements of code for application technique of cementitious grout when P·O52·5,FA,SF,GE and PS were 32%,7%,1%,2% and 0. 18%,respectively. The 90 d volume deformation was 0. 007%.
