Main Problems and Countermeasures of Innovator Training in the University

Innovator training is the paramount task for the university, and is also a basic project of sci-tech innovation ability of the whole society. To promote the innovator training, this paper analyzes the main restricting factors in the university of China and proposes some corresponding suggestions.
