According to the theory of infrared radiation and the measurement principle of an infrared thermal imager,the temperature calculation formula and measurement procedure of an infrared thermal imager were obtained,the effect of the temperature of an uncooled microbolometer on temperature measurement was analyzed and the corresponding correction formula and methods were deduced.The two correction methods obtained were simple and easy to implement.They provided certain methods and considerations for the design,manufacture and practical use of an uncooled microbolometer array thermal imager.
