Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the herb of Euphorbia latifolia. Methods: The constituents isolated by column chromatography and their structrues were elucidated through spectroscopic analysis. Results: The compounds were identified as gailic acid(Ⅰ),benzoic acid(Ⅱ),syringin(Ⅲ),n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside(Ⅳ),n-ethyl-β-D-fructopyranoside(Ⅴ),roseoside(Ⅵ),uracil(Ⅶ),adenine(Ⅷ),glyceryl α-mono palmitate(Ⅸ),palmitic acid(Ⅹ).Conclusion: All these compounds are obtained from Euphorbia latifolia for the first time.
