Ritlecitinib in clinical practice: a real-world study of efficacy, safety and prior Janus kinase inhibitor impact in alopecia areata

Ritlecitinib 50 mg daily showed promising efficacy and acceptable safety in Chinese patients with moderate-to-severe alopecia areata, regardless of previous Janus kinase inhibitor therapy.
