摘要
This study presents a novel approach to rectify SPR spectra by accommodating the inadequate detector response curve of the spectrometer. We measured the SPR resonance spectra of silicon (Si) detectors and indium gallium arsenic (InGaAs) detectors under different refractive index liquids, and employed this method for spectral correction and subsequent data processing. The results indicate that the corrected SPR spectrum exhibits better symmetry, with an increase of 23.79% and 18.95% in full width at half height (FWHM), for Si detector and InGaAs detector respectively. The resonant wavelength obtained directly from the lowest point in the corrected SPR spectrum closely matches the theoretical value, eliminating the need for complex fitting steps. The SPR spectral correction method proposed in this work effectively counteracts the impact of differences in detector response efficiency, reduces the FWHM of resonance peaks, and provides a convenient and efficient pre-processing approach for accurately extracting resonance wavelength.
