摘要
Plants, including major crops, are constantly attacked by a plethora of microbial pathogens. Understanding molecular interactions between plants and pathogens is important for developing efficient measures to control disease. In this chapter, we review recent progress in the application of omics approaches to understand plant–pathogen interactions, particularly focusing on transcriptome, plant–pathogen protein interactome, and plant NLRome.
