Effects of dance on cognitive functions, psychological symptoms and health-related quality of life in Parkinson’s disease

Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a neurodegenerative disorder of the central nervous system which manifests as a broad spectrum of motor and non-motor symptoms. While there is accumulating evidence supporting dance for improving motor features in PD, it is not yet clear if the benefits extend to non-motor features.
