Osimertinib induced erythema dyschromicum perstans

Osimertinib-induced erythema dyschromicum perstans is a benign but striking phenomenon, that does not require cessation of causative drug. Its clinical mimics include lichen planus pigmentosus, pigmented contact dermatitis and fixed drug eruption. Clinicopathological correlation can distinguish these differentials.
