The Study of Mental Health in Post Stroke Depression Patients

Objective To study mental health in post stroke depression patients.Methods All of 70 stroke patients were evaluated by HAMD,PHI and SDS.70 stroke patients were divided in to a depressed group and a non-depressed group.The results of two groups of the PHI were compared each other,and the depression group compared with normal value.Results The total points of the HAMD≥8 was 42,the depression group was 60 percent.The scores of the F,SOM,DEP,ANX,PSD,HYP,UNR of the PHI in the depression group were higher than the non-depressed group(P=0.000).The scores of the L,F,SOM,DEP,ANX,PSD,HYP,UNR,HMA in male and female were higher than the normal value(P0.001).Depression group,men and women no significant difference in PHI.Conclusion Dost stroke depression patients had a serious psychological problems,requires attention.
