A New Oxoaporphine from Desmos chinensis Lour.

AIM: To study the constituents from the branch of Desmos chinensis Lour.. METHOD: The compounds were isolated by chromatography and their structures were identified on the basis of spectral analysis. RESULT: Five compounds were obtained and their structures were elucidated as 3,9,11-trimethoxy-1,2-methylenedioxyl oxoaporphine(1),oxoanolobin(2),mosloflavone(3),negletein(4),β-sitosterol(5). CONCLUSION: Compound 1 is a new compound;compound 2 was isolated from this genus for the first time.
