摘要
Abstract An ultrasound‐assisted facile condensation reaction was developed to synthesize the benzothiazoles. The reaction conditions are mild and do not require toxic metals or ligands, making it an efficient and mild synthesis strategy. Starting from the commercially available aldehydes and 2‐aminothiophenols, this method was found to have wide functional group compatibility, resulting in a series of benzothiazole derivates in moderate to excellent yields. Moreover, all of the benzothiazole derivatives have been characterized by the 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR, and HRMS.
