Effect of Bio-organic Fertilizer Treatment on Soil Fertility,Nutrient and Soil Environment of Tea Garden

The purpose of this paper was to discuss the effect of bio-organic fertilizer on tea garden soil fertility,nutrient and soil environment so as to provide theoretical basis for the promotion of bio-organic fertilizers.Experiments were carried out to study the soil nutrients and soil environment of tea garden,such as soil organic matter content,total nitrogen content,alkali-hydro nitrogen,pH,microbial populations and soil urease activity,with no-fertilized-field as comparison.The results showed that application of TS-1 bio-organic fertilizer can significantly increase the contents of soil organic matter,soil nitrogen content and alkali-hydro nitrogen in tea garden.This could provide the soil with a better buffer action,increase its microbial populations,diversity index and urease activity as well.Application of TS-1 bio-organic fertilizer could markedly improve tea garden soil fertility and soil environment,thus worth promoting in tea gardens.
