Analysis of Liposoluble Components in C. nitidissima var. longistyla by GC-MS

[Objective]Liposoluble components of C. nitidissima var. longistyla were analyzed by GC-MS. [Method]Liposoluble components from C. nitidissima var. longistyla were separated and extracted by silica gel column chromatography,and the extracted substances were pretreated by means of methyl desertification and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). [Result]25 components were identified. Organic acids were major chemical constituents,amounting for 39. 53%,Linolenic acid(11. 16%),Palmitic acid(9. 16%),β-Amyrin(6. 63%),Linoleic acid(5. 46%) were the major components. [Conclusion] The study will provide theoretical basis and reference data for development and utilization of C. nitidissima resources.
