Development of high dielectric constant composite and the study of its dielectric properties

In this paper, the dielectrc properties of the ternary composite was studied. It was found that the loaded metal particles can decrease the dielectric loss of the ferroelectric material/polymer composite clearly excpect for the increase of its dielectric constant. So metal/ferroelectric material/polymer composite is a kind of high dielectric constant material which has great applied prospect.
