Design and Simulation Analysis of a New Magnetorheological Shock Absorber

摘要
Based on the Bingham constitutive equation, a mechanical model of magnetorheological shock absorber is established based on the physical properties of magnetorheological fluid. Through the structural analysis, a new structure that can increase the effective length and improve the performance without changing the volume of the shock absorber is designed. At the same time, the new structure is simulated and analyzed based on MATLAB / Simulink, the simulation results show. The new structure of the MR damper is more effective in damping control, which is of great significance for the optimization design of the new MR damper.
