Research progress in flavones synthesis from chalcone

This paper reviews reaction system and synthesis methods of flavones by all kinds of chalcone cyclization,introduces suitable scope of all kinds of reaction system,points out the advantages and disadvantages of each reaction system and production rate scope of synthesized flavones compounds and predicts that future flavones synthesis development direction is to use new technology,new methods and green synthesis without pollution.
