In Raman spectrum detection,it is important to choose a suitable sample pool. The first step of Raman observation is to eliminate the interference from the background, especially for those samples with weak Raman signals. To detect the Raman absorption among several sample pools and avoid the interference from the background, the microscope stage, glass slides, glass capillary, mica sheet, aluminum foil, quartz plate and stainless steel pieces were detected at 532 nm,633 nm and 785 nm,respectively. The experimental results show that the aluminum foil, quartz plate and stainless steel pieces have no obvious Raman absorption at each wavelength, and samples with strong Raman signals, such as CCl_4,still can be detected from normal sample pools, for example, glass capillary.
