Influence of P Application Rate on Yield and Quality of Strong Gluten and Weak Gluten Wheat

The field test in 2002～2003 showed that increasing the P application rate could promote the growth of strong gluten and weak gluten wheat and increase the yield of two kinds of wheat types. It had no obvious influence on grain unit weight of two kinds of wheat and on the vireosity of strong gluten wheat,but increased the vireosity of week gluten wheat and the black Plumule rate of two kinds of wheat.It had no effect on nutrient quality of strong gluten wheat,but decreased the nutrient quality of week gluten wheat.It had obvious the effect on increasing the processing quality of two kinds of special-use wheat.The P application rate of 90-180 kg/ha is properfor high-yield wheat field in north Henan province.
