A method used for simulating an electrode-withdrawal weighting transducer by PSPICE is researched in order to design an electric system involving surface acoustic wave device.Equivalent circuit for one finger pair with different electrode-withdrawal fashion is deduced according to its electrode-withdrawal position and adjacent electrode features after fingers in the IDT were withdrawed.Cascading acoustic ports of equivalent circuit for the other adjacent one finger pair and paralleling electrical ports of equivalent circuits for the other finger pairs,the complete equivalent circuit for the electrode-withdrawal weighting transducer is obtained and its frequency characteristics simulated by PSPICE are near to its measurements.
