Expression of Serum TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10 in Intestinal Pseudo-Obstruction Patients before and after Compound Dachengqi Decoction Treatment and Its Clinical Significance
Objective To investigate the role of TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10 in the pathogenesis of intestinal pseudo-obstruction(IPO) and mechanism of action of compound Dachengqi decoction in IPO treatment.Methods Eighteen IPO patients were enrolled to detect the levels of serum tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),IL-6,IL-10 before compound Dachengqi decoction treatment and on day 7 after;another 18 normal subjects were chosen as controls.Results The levels of serum TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10 were higher in IPO group(108.40±16.8,47±7,39±4pg/ml,respectively) than in control(16.9±1.5,16±2,36±3,respectively)before treatment(P0.05).The levels of serum TNF-α,IL-6 of IPO dropped significantly after treatment(58 5±12 1,28±8,respectively),but IL-10 increased significantly(48±6pg/ml),the difference was significant between pre-and post-treatments(P0.05).Conclusion TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-10 play an important part in IPO genesis and development;compound Dachengqi decoction can treat IPO effectively by regulating inflammatory transmitters.
