摘要
This chapter discusses a mechanoluminescence-based method for creating 3D ultrasound images by analyzing their 2D back-projections, which helps us understand how nonflat waves are distributed. The researchers found that line-focused ultrasound fields were shaped like rough ellipses while point-focused fields were more circular. By using the 3D reconstruction method, the researchers were able to calibrate ultrasound intensity at the center of the image based on the intensity of light. Both experiments and simulations were used to test this approach. This chapter also discusses other methods for creating 3D ultrasound images, including the injection molding technique, solid-state reaction method, and back-projection method. Overall, this approach seems like a promising way to create 3D ultrasound images.
