摘要
Self-adjuvanting vaccines—covalent conjugates of antigens and adjuvants—elicit robust antigen-specific immunity. In the Research Article (e20474), Yoshiyuki Manabe, Yoshie Kametani, Koichi Fukase, and co-workers formulated self-adjuvanting vaccines into cationic lipid nanoparticles (< 100 nm) incorporating supplemental adjuvants. These nanovaccines exhibited potent immunogenicity in humanized mouse models, underscoring their translational potential for cancer immunotherapy.
