Are We There Yet? The Telltale Trail of ctDNA in Rectal Cancer

ctDNA has emerged as a noninvasive diagnostic and prognostic tool for colorectal cancer. The role of ctDNA in total neoadjuvant therapy and nonoperative management of locally advanced rectal cancer is uncertain.
