With respect to the problem of viscosity-reduction of super-heavy oil recovery, a temperature-resistant emulsified viscosity-reducer(JB-1)is developed. The volume portion and types of this viscosity-reducer and temperature are analyzed in control experiments. Results show that this viscosity-reducer is the best. A viscosity-reduction ratio of 99.77% for heavy oil has been achieved at 45 ℃. The viscosity of heavy oils is 40 mPa·s after emulsified. Temperature is the main influencing factor for viscosity-reduction effectiveness. The mobile temperature range of heavy oils is decreased after emulsified by JB-1. Down-hole temperature has less effect on the stabilities of JB-1. The best volume portion of JB-1 to be used is 0.04%.
